We are a local women-owned cannabis retail store located in the busy Midland and Finch plazas in Scarborough. We are fully licensed by the AGCO to provide legal cannabis products to our consumers.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Warmly greeting and welcoming each customer
- Accurately performing ID checks to ensure only those who are 19+ enters the store
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere for everyone in the store
- Assisting customers by answering their questions, educating them about different promotions, products, and uses
- Ensuring every customer is aware of any ongoing promotions and events
- Listening attentively to customers and recommending the appropriate products that fits their needs
- Ensuring the storefront is always presentable and that products are correctly displayed
- Efficiently operating the POS system, ATM terminals, and cash drawer in order to complete transactions and maintain accurate records
- Fulfilling cannabis orders accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures and other tasks as prescribed by management
- Complying with Herbiculture’s policies, standards, and governing legislations
- Additional responsibilities specific to the client to whom the Customer Care Specialist is assigned may be given

- Able to maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service skills at all times
- Able to handle yourself in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Be detailed oriented and thorough in work
- Basic knowledge of math and computer functions
- Ability to work accurately, quickly, and efficiently

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 19 years of age according to the Cannabis Act and Regulations of Ontario
- A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in sales and/or customer service
- Ability to achieve a passing score for AGCO-required CannSell training course
- Comfortable with computers and other forms of technology

Preferred:

- High school diploma, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Other:

- Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin an asset
