**1 ‑ Part Time (.4) ‑ Lab Specimen Procurement Technician**

**Clinical Laboratories**

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Assistant from either the OSMT or the CSLMS
- Previous phlebotomy experience
- Medical Laboratory Assistant (Phlebotomy) certification from an accredited agency

Duties include the following:

- Blood Collection
- Filing/Stocking of supplies
- Phlebotomy veni/skin punctures, including neonatal / paediatric collections, and difficult draws intensive and

special care areas
- Organizational skills and good communication skills are essential
- Any other assigned duties

Salary Range: $30.840 to 35.150
