As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a **Director of Investments**.

**What You Will Do**

**Investment Management**:

- Develop complex financial models for real estate projects, to evaluate feasibility and profitability.
- Lead underwriting processes for real estate investment opportunities, overseeing due diligence and legal documentation.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for development projects and stabilized assets.
- Collaborate on long-term investment strategies, engaging in market research and financing discussions.

**Financing**:

- Evaluate various financing options to optimize returns.
- Implement internal controls to uphold financing compliance standards.

**Risk Management, Compliance, and Reporting**:

- Prepare and present financial reports and investment updates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Implement risk management strategies and monitor property performance.

**Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with investors, lenders, partners, and stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in finance with a focus on real estate investment and development.
- Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel, ARGUS, and other financial analysis tools.
- Deep understanding of real estate capital markets, investment structures, and financing options.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
