**Job Description/Duties**:

- Develop and execute the digital and traditional marketing strategy for the project.
- Create content and initiatives to increase customer acquisition, loyalty and community support.
- Assist with in-store team with visual merchandising and promotional materials, good at use the tools of graphic design.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube), including creating, posting and engaging in content.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
- Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, maintain databases and prepare the report accordingly.
- Design, implement and execute strategies to continuously improve website traffic, CTR, CVR, and SEO.
- And all other duties assigned by the marketing manager and executive team.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Ability to speak, write, read and understand in Mandarin proficient.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of digital marketing.
- Have a creative mind with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills are required with attention to details.
- Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Solid report writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work with staff, build and maintain good working relationships with a team.
- Able to adapt to change, exhibits flexibility and sound judgment.
