Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Agent to join our team on a casual basis. Work around your schedule. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and helping them find the best insurance coverage to meet their needs. This is a sales-focused role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. This position has the ability to earn based on a competitive commission only structure. Work as much or as little as you want.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Educate clients on different insurance options and coverage plans
- Provide accurate quotes and explain policy details to clients
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in insurance policies, and market conditions
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively prospecting new clients and cross-selling additional products
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field. Must have LLQP course completed and have your life insurance license. Will not consider otherwise.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and integrity

Pay: $51,271.00-$54,812.00 per year
