**YOUR MISSIONS**:
We are currently looking for a network administrator for one of our clients located in Montreal. This is a permanent position. The salary offered varies according to experience ($70,000 to $90,000). Base 35 hours per week. Possibility of telecommuting 3 days a week.

Your missions will be:

- Ensure the performance of the infrastructure by monitoring and analyzing the system and fine-tuning the performance
- Ensure the monitoring of the environment, implement tools and maintain them to support the evolution of the infrastructure
- Ensure the security of the network through the tools at your disposal, access, firewall rules, etc.
- Ensure the update of the various systems of the infrastructure, collaborate in the implementation and evolution of policies and processes to this effect
- Perform system upgrades in collaboration with external vendors and/or internal collaborators
- Participate in the design and evolution of the network infrastructure, ensure its monitoring and make the necessary corrections when required
- Install new servers, rebuild, migrate existing servers, and configure hardware, peripherals, etc.
- Ensure the maintenance and evolution of the computer park, proceed with the configuration and deployment of workstations, thin clients, telephone system
- Ensure the proper functioning of the backup system, perform restoration tests and make restoration requests as needed
- Respond to requests and incident reports using the ticketing tool and ensure proper documentation of interventions performed
- Provide support to users for their requests and incident reports
- Repair and remedy hardware or software failures

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- DEC in network or system administration
- 2 to 6 years experience in system administration
- Bilingual, French and English (oral and written)
- ITIL v4 certification;
- Microsoft - MCSA, MCSE
- Cisco - CCNA
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows Server 2008R2-2019 & CentOS
- Knowledge of SQL : SQL Server 2005 and all subsequent versions.
- Knowledge of virtualization systems: VMware ESXI 6.5 and up
- Knowledge of firewalls: Palo Alto
- Knowledge of networking equipment: Cisco routers & switches
