After School Club Assistant

At FSAC we are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as after school care educators. At our after school and vacation care
- you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while creating fun and memorable experiences. We have a lot of fun at work and have a well established and organized program. This position is for the school year ( September until June)
- we also encourage growth in the industry and position, FSAC encourages and funds further education and opportunity to move up in the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and ensure the safety of children aged 5-11 at all times
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts
- Assist with organizing and implementing daily schedules
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and physical development
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all children
- Collaborate with other staff
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding childrens progress and concerns

**Experience**:

- Working with children in a camp setting, daycare, or classroom environment
- Sports coaching or participation in sports activities
- Babysitting or providing childcare services
- Special education or working with students with diverse needs
- Early childhood education or related field
- Behavior management techniques

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
