Quality Appliances Repair is currently looking for a full-time and Part-Time customer service representative. We are looking for a responsible, hardworking individual to join our team.

**A DAY IN QAR**
- Sell in-store parts to walk-in customers
- Rent U-haul equipment
- Answer phone calls and enter required data into the company CRM/Database
- Provide customer service
- Assist techs with their inquiries
- Daily dispatch technicians to customers
- Dispatch service calls from manufacturers to QAR techs.
- You are professional and courteous
- Strives to execute at a level to exceed performance expectations
- A superior communicator who energizes others
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrates knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings
- Maintains a friendly and helpful attitude to all customers and employees
- Know how to deal with angry customers and remain calm in any situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
