CEDA is currently seeking a Dynamics AX Support Analyst for a 12-month contract position based out of our Calgary, Alberta office.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure smooth operations during the transition
- Provide timely responses and resolutions to user issues in both Dynamics AX2012 and D365
- Contribute to testing, validation, and comparison of AX2012 vs. D365 functionality
- Support data migration efforts, including the validation and reconciliation of financial and operational data
- Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies and functional changes between AX and D365
- Run and maintain SQL-based reports to support both AX2012 and D365 transition needs.
- Assist in creating and modifying PowerBI dashboards
- Support data integrity efforts to ensure a clean migration to D365
- Maintains accurate documentation for common user issues and resolutions for both AX and D365 environments
- Assist in training end-users on new D365 workflows and reporting tools
**Role Specifications**:
- 3+ years’ experience in ERP support, preference within a Dynamics AX or similar ERP environment is required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is required
- Experience with D365 Finance & Operations is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce is a strong asset
- Experience with PowerBI and reporting tools is preferred
