**About Potash**

BHP’s Jansen Potash Project located approximately 140 km east of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is BHP’s first and most advanced potash project. Jansen will add diversity and a Canadian presence to BHP’s global portfolio. Jansen’s large resource endowment provides the opportunity to develop it in stages, with anticipated initial capacity of 4.35 Mtpa. The BHP Board has recently sanctioned Jansen Project (Stage 1), with a US $5.7 billion investment. The project is now entering the construction phase, with the first potash expected in 2027.

**Purpose**:
The Principal Integrated Planning is a highly critical role during Operational Readiness leading up to first production for the Jansen mine. This role leads development of the Integrated Planning and Production Reconciliation process, procedures, technology requirements and systems for the short-term (2 year and 3 month rolling) forecasts and schedules and monthly production reconciliation in readiness for Jansen Operations.

**About the Role**:
In this role, you will:

- Lead a critical area of Operational Readiness by establishing the foundations for production planning including the ability to build realistic production plans and efficient processes
- Manage the development and delivery of processes, procedures and systems for the 90-Day to 2 Year Plans for production in accordance with strategic or business objectives (i.e. alignment with 5 Year Plan and Life of Asset Plan)
- Manage the development and delivery of the process, procedures, and system for production reconciliation to monitor, reconcile and report production and material movements through the value chain
- Determine the underlying cause of problems and evaluate multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problems
- Manage and engage with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders including gathering, evaluating, and challenging inputs from value chain area owners
- Steer evidence-based decision making by sourcing information and plans and conduct analyses to support
- Lead the establishment of the governance and risk management process for production reconciliation including the risk register, using BHP's risk management framework

**Work Location**:
Downtown, Saskatoon office. 40 hours per week. Hybrid working (flexible, shared workstations and a combination of office and work from home) is standard for BHP.

**About You**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Demonstrated experience in Integrated Planning and Production Reconciliation
- Proven exposure to mining operations, with deep functional knowledge of the mining value chain
- Excellent oral and written English language proficiency; strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with an aptitude for collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Succeeds with mínimal supervision, manages time effectively, takes ownership of outcomes, and proactively maintains control over all projects/responsibilities
- Proficient at operating in complex and ambiguous business environments
