**Mr.Bin Inc. is looking for hard-working, energetic dispatch assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.**

**Primary responsibilities**
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests;
- Assess situation and prioritize calls to ensure each customer receives outstanding service;
- Provide information to customers regarding delivery times, trucking information and policies;
- Oversee the route of delivery and track delivery status of products;
- Skilled in map reading; knowledge of the geography of the GTA and Durham Region an asset;
- Provide accurate and efficient record keeping for all delivery orders;
- Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner;
- Track and update call logs and data in software programs;
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills;
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions;
- Provide reports to upper management;
- Complete other duties as assigned;

**Education and Experience**
- Completion of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
