We are seeking a skilled and organized Service Coordinator to join our team to help manage the warranty claims and setup process for modular homes. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and resolving warranty claims, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring the timely completion of repairs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule service appointments with customers and coordinate with field technicians to ensure the timely completion of repairs.
- Work closely with vendors to order necessary replacement parts and materials and track those orders’ status.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all service requests, including details of customer communication, repair progress, and costs incurred.
- Manage the warranty claims process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion of repairs.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or homebuilding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, field technicians, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
