What Will You Do? Manage resident requests and follow up to ensure timely completion of work orders. Deliver excellent customer service and build long‑term resident relationships. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on boilers, HVAC, plumbing systems, and minor electrical (plugs, switches, lights). Complete minor renovations (painting, drywall, mudding, taping) independently. Repair exterior doors, hinges, locks, and other equipment. Maintain a safety‑first attitude, complete required training, and keep job sites clean and safe. Document work orders, boiler checks, and snow logs using company systems. Deliver, install, and remove materials and appliances as needed. Conduct regular inspections of building systems and perform necessary repairs. Be available for scheduled on‑call duties and emergency responses. Carry out other duties as required. What Will You Need? 3‑5 years of general maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings. Technology‑savvy, able to work across multiple programs via mobile device (experience with Yardi, SitePhoto, Kronos is an asset). Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style to resident needs. Passion for customer service and relationship building. Must supply your own tools, CSA steel‑toed boots, and be clean‑shaven to wear a respirator when required. Valid driver’s licence, clean abstract, and reliable vehicle access. Ability to work outside normal hours and participate in on‑call rotation. Must complete and pass a criminal record check. What Do We Offer?
