**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
Every day, you will drive our aspiration to master ‘horizontal analytics’, finding insights across program and disciplines. You will conduct advanced spatial analyses and predictive modeling to support operational and strategic business needs. You will operationalize analytic products using an agile delivery pattern. Here you’ll support any projects involving the development of sophisticated models to producing operational dashboards. You will strengthen our analytics delivery practice by implementing industry best practices. You will scour the web to identify, prototype, and educate regional programs on analytic opportunities. You will study our data holdings and toolbox so that you can advise well. You have a keen desire to solve business problems, and live to find patterns and insights within structured and unstructured data. You propose analytics strategies and solutions that challenge and expand the thinking of everyone around you. You will identify opportunities to enrich our data holdings and analytics toolbox; developing business cases or making presentations as suitable. Here, you will help shape and serve the growing community in which we live and work.
**WHAT GETS YOU CONSIDERED**
You have a Masters Degree in Data Science and Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Physics, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline You have a minimum 3 years of experience working in an analytics delivery capacity. Experience with DevOps is valued. You have demonstrated leadership qualities with a positive can-do attitude. You are very adept with tools of the trade such as R, Python, Alteryx, ArcGIS, Tableau, Power BI and are familiar with Microsoft Business Intelligence tech. You can speak advanced SQL, ‘get’ spatial data, and have a willingness to learn accessing other data repositories. You can communicate well - spoken and written, and use communications tools effectively.
