**What we are looking for**:
Adknown is looking for a Product Manager to join our talented team We are seeking an individual who is eager to quickly get up to speed with our company and hit the ground running. This individual is critical to the growth and ownership of our new TikTok Marketing project. This is an ever changing, fast paced environment and we need someone who is flexible, strategic and embraces change This is a Hybrid Remote position where employees are required to work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

**Duties**:

- Manage the TikTok Marketing project by planning, implementing and executing from the ground up
- Create video content creation strategy and campaigns to monetize that content
- Communicate project status, progress and plan with upper management
- Build a cross functional team to execute the project plan
- Define metrics to best represent the project performance and adjust strategies dynamically
- Ability to use strategic thinking and make independent decisions to move the project forward

**Essentials**:

- Understands how to market on TikTok
- 3-5+ years leading projects
- Experience growing a team
- Ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns
- Comfortable in the fast paced world of tech

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience managing online advertising campaigns with budgets in excess of $150k/month (TikTok, SnapChat, Google, Facebook, Microsoft Ads, Outbrain, Taboola etc)
- Exposure to content marketing, affiliate marketing, PPC arbitrage or any similar field
