**Reports to**: Team Leaders and Supervisors

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The Vegetable Packer is responsible for

  • Loading and unloading product on the Production line, lifting up to 30lbs.
  • Stickering bags, clamshells, and produce boxes with the appropriate labels.
  • Packing produce into clamshells, trays, bags, boxes, RPCs, and more.
  • Ensuring that quality specifications are maintained, including correct size, weight/count, colour and condition, packaging, stacking of the finished product, and the cleaning and sanitizing of the production line.

**Requirements**

Vegetable Packers are required to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday, and are responsible for their own transportation to and from work.

Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement and an essential function of the Vegetable Packer position. Vegetable Packers are expected to be punctual and dependable in order to meet the needs of the production. Attendance and reliability are important factors in evaluating individual performance and continued employment.

Over time paid after 44 hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55 per hour
