**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Content & Cleaning Technician**, your focus will be on restoring customers’ contents and preparing properties for move-in or turnover. You’ll also assist with other restoration tasks as needed.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Pack, inventory, and transport contents from homes and businesses (pack-outs)
Clean and restore personal items (furniture, electronics, décor, etc.) using specialized equipment and techniques
Perform deep cleans for move-ins, move-outs, and final construction cleanings
Maintain organized content storage and detailed inventory records
Assist with water and flood damage mitigation (extraction, drying, dehumidification)
Support fire/smoke cleaning, deodorization, and basic demolition when needed
Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
Work with Crew Chiefs and Supervisors to complete jobs on schedule

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **2+ years of content handling and/or residential/commercial cleaning experience (preferred)**:

- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to treating customer belongings with care
- Comfortable with physical labor and lifting 50+ lbs
- Flexible to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends, overtime, and on-call
- Previous experience in restoration is a plus but not required
- IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, CPT etc.) are an asset—training provided
- Strong communication skills and team-focused attitude

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 65 per week
