Client Engagement and Admin Staff

We are looking for an organized **Client Engagement and Admin staff **member to join our team. In this role, you’ll help our clients succeed by keeping in touch with those who have started jobs, enrolled in training, or reached other goals. You’ll gather important documents, verify employment, and support clients throughout their journey.
This is a unique position that combines detailed administrative work with relationship-building, making it ideal for someone who excels in both accuracy and communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Engagement & Support:_ Proactively reach out to clients who have entered employment, school, or training programs to verify their status and monitor their progress. Foster positive relationships through regular check-ins and provide them with ongoing support as needed.
- Documentation & Data Management: _Collect and manage employment verification forms, proof of payments, and other client-related financial documents. Ensure all data is entered accurately and maintain detailed case notes for future reference.
- Collaboration: _Work closely with employment counselors to gather required documentation and ensure smooth coordination between clients and counselors. Liaise with external partners such as Ontario Works and the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) to support the client.
- Administrative Duties:_ Provide general administrative support, including front desk coverage, managing client bookings, and assisting in scheduling client meetings with counselors when necessary. Generate detailed reports on client outcomes and identify trends or gaps in the verification process.
- Other related duties as assigned_
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Meticulous Organizational Skills:_ Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and managing multiple tasks.
- Technical Proficiency: _Demonstrated experience with data management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; previous experience with databases and reporting tools is a plus.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: _Willingness to work closely with other team members and external partners to achieve common goals.
**Required Education**:
Post
- Secondary Education and work experience in Social Service, Human Services or related field.
**Position Details**:
- Contract Type: _This is a contract position available until the end of January 2025.
- Work Schedule: _In-person attendance is required four days per week, with occasional evening work as needed.
- Compensation: _$45,565.21 per annum, or $31.29 per hour.
