- **What Does The Job Entail?**_
- Providing exceptional customer service through all phases of the interaction.
- Helping to identify customer needs while providing suggestions and recommendations where appropriate.
- Providing accurate information (product features, accessories included, pricing, sales, etc).
- Ensuring that store racks and shelves are populated and coordinated with the proper merchandise.
- Assisting with intake of shipments and proper pricing of items recevied.
- Operation of POS and cash handling.
- Maintaining fitting rooms with a high degree of attention.
- Contributing to the reduction of external and internal theft through awareness.
- General housekeeping (store floor, items in appropriate packaging, employee area, inventory control).

**_What Are The Requirements?_**
- 1-2 years of retail experience (POS, merchandising, customer experience).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Knowledge of WHMIS/AODA (Training provided).
- Ability to lift upwards to 40-50lbs.
- Extended hours of standing.
- Adherence to store cleanliness policies.

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
