**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Manage maintenance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controllers (PLC) and other automated systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field, with a focus on industrial environments.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Leadership experience in supervising teams and managing maintenance operations.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
