The position of Assistant Bookkeeper consists of performing any combination of bookkeeping and office related tasks.

**Hours**

**Tasks**
- Answering phones, recording messages and providing answers to customer inquiries
- Assisting lead bookkeeper with daily tasks
- Data entry
- Accounts payable and receivable support
- Create invoices based on quotes and T&M data
- Filing and file maintenance for accounting
- Other duties as assigned

**Working Conditions**
- This is a permanent, full time, year-round position;
- Wages will be based on experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Office & Excel)
- Prior experience in Bookkeeping an asset
