Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**Cosme Auto Services Ltd is seeking a bookkeeper/ administration assistant for our busy office.**
For this position you will require automotive background, exemplary customer service, bookkeeping experience, intermediate computer skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
Experience in the automotive industry and working knowledge of the Mitchell program would be considered desirable assets.
Duties include the following as well the assisting of other staff members in the day-to-day business operations of Cosme Auto Services.
- Answer Phones and Scheduling Appointments.
- Bookkeeping duties, posting, government remittances, payroll
- Completion of Work Orders and Estimates.
- Checking in Vehicles and Cashing Customers Out.
- Other Duties as Required.
- Assist in the day-to-day tidiness of office and reception area
**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
**Benefits**:
- Extended health care
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kingston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
