Reporting directly to the Area Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring company policies and procedures are followed and the day-to-day operations run smoothly. This person will supervise a small aid in the supervision at various locations around the Greater Vancouver Area.

**Shift Information**:

- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday but requires flexibility to work other shifts/days

**General Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Lot Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the point of contact for all customer inquiries and needs.
- Working closely with property management to ensure all key stakeholder needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
- Creating work orders to deal with any necessary repairs, maintenance and/or improvements as needed.
- Acting as the point of contact for contractors, building maintenance department, equipment suppliers.
- Inspecting the parking facility on a regular basis to ensure it is safe, clean, efficient, and operating at or above company standards.
- Working with management, staff, and suppliers to coordinate the successful operation and growth of accounts and the Company

**Equipment Maintenance and Security**:

- Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and/or initiate proper requests for maintenance to ensure facility safety and revenue control.
- Ensuring lot maintenance is conducted and completed, signage is accurate and up-to-date, and that all work locations are presentable and professional.
- Assisting in New Lot set-up.

**Staff Supervision**:

- Providing effective leadership and communicate the vision and goals of the organization.
- Sustaining a physical presence at the facility to ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely, professional manner.
- Staff training, coaching, mentoring and general staff management.
- Ensuring staff are following correct policy and procedures.
- Ensuring that we provide the best in customer service standards and monitor the resolution of customer issues up to including escalating matters to senior management.
- Monitoring of personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures, including but not limited to uniform and company policy standards.
- Completing payroll related to staff hours worked.
- Issuing staff disciplinary action, including issuing of verbal and written warnings. Subsequent monitoring and follow up action if required.
- Maintaining the lines of communication, keeping in mind confidential information you are privy to as a Supervisor is kept confidential and only discussed with your manager.
- Assisting with other responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time including on-site work as a Host, Valet, or performing other positions.

**Incident Handling**:

- Tracking and managing of incident report/damage claims as well as corresponding with customers regarding safety and liability.
- Performing monthly/bi-monthly financial reconciliations for month end reporting.
- Cash handling and pay machine replenishments as required.

**Administration**:

- Working on special projects as requested by the Area Manager.
- Performing other duties that may be assigned.

**Regular Audit and Remediatio**n:

- Conducting Device Audit, Ticket Audit, Cash Audit, Timecard Audit etc. and eliminating the factors causing deficiencies
- Performing rate surveys, occupancy reports, stall counts, etc.

**Monthly Parking**:

- Managing escalations of issues with regards to device activations, deactivations, replacements, cancellations, etc.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a professional and clean appearance by wearing Indigo always issued uniforms and clothing including while performing duties, responding to inquiries, and during work time.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and record keeping as requested.
- Maintaining accountability in the interest of delivering the best service and controlling costs.
- Flexibility to be on call to respond to emergencies and cover shifts as required.
- Performing other duties as requested.

**Additional Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the MS office suite of programs
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to effectively interact with guests and clients
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with own vehicle
- Experience in hospitality or service industry; previous experience within the parking industry is considered an asset.
