**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Assist with food safety practices by helping to sanitize tables, utensils, and other dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent guest services during the checkout process.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests and assisting with overall restaurant sanitation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns or special requests.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and POS systems is beneficial.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
