- Floor Service Technician**

**A Floor Service Technician will be responsible for**:
**Floor surface preparation, set up and take down of power cords, working with electric tools such as angle grinders, diamond grinders, jackhammers, circular saws, vacuums, drills and mixing equipment. Mixing various cement and resinous products and helping/learning preparation and installation techniques as well as cleaning. A Floor**
**Service Technician will also be responsible for occasionally driving a company truck or cube van to and from job sites/warehouse to make deliveries or pick ups.**

**Prerequisites for hire**:
1. **Drivers license with safe driving record.**
2. **Bank account and credit card.**
4. **Minimum 1 years experience in construction related work.**
5. **Personal vehicle or reliable transportation to and from work.**
6. **P.P.E. - Such as steel toe boots, hard hat, safety vest. All other will be provided as**

**required.**
7. **Positive attitude, team player, ability to take direction from supervisors.**
8. **Flexibility with availability. Days and hours will fluctuate. Some days can be longer**

**or shorter than others.**
- Ultimately we are looking for individuals that are driven and want to learn a myriad of skills including installation of drains, forming, concrete, industrial floor and wall coatings, heavy equipment operation, how to run an excavator, welding and more. **Salary**: From $51,597.33 per year
