**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and handling standards.
- Operate the POS system for order processing and cash handling accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

**Skills**
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices in the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
