**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an **Automotive Sales Representative** with a passion for cars and a talent for sales. This role is **commission-only**, perfect for someone who is confident in their ability to sell and wants to be rewarded based on performance. but if you're **willing to learn, we will provide full training** to help you succeed. All we ask for is **motivation, dedication, and the drive to reach your full potential.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
- Stay updated on our inventory, pricing, and financing options
- Negotiate deals and guide customers through the entire sales process
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous automotive sales experience is required**:

- Must have a valid **Class 5 or Class N driver's license**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Compensation**:
This is a **100% commission-based** role. Your earning potential is entirely in your hands — the more you sell, the more you earn. We offer a competitive commission structure and a supportive work environment.
