**About Us**:Strathmore Remedy’s Pharmacy, a trusted local drugstore recognized for its personalized care, is expanding its Home Health Care and Medical Supplies division. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Medical Supplies Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with the selection and purchase of medical supplies, ensuring their needs are met.
- Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
- Collaborate with clients, nurses, therapists, and other professionals to support the appropriate use of equipment.
- Verify patient/client eligibility and manage insurance claims or funding submissions.
- Handle in-store sales, merchandising, and inventory.
- Conduct outside sales and equipment installations as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Familiarity with medical settings or working with seniors (highly desirable).
- Merchandising and cashiering experience is an asset.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong sales abilities and a knack for building long-term relationships.
- Capability in technical tasks, such as installing and repairing medical equipment.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year abstract.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items.
- Basic computer skills.

**Training**:Comprehensive training will be provided.
