**YOUR NEW CHALLENGE**

As we are growing, we are looking for a transport and import coordinator to join our logistic team. Reporting to the import manager, the coordinator will participate in all daily activities of the department.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Knowing and respecting the procedures for maritime import.
- Coordinate containers’ import with carriers, customs agents, etc.
- Prepare all documentation needed.
- Ensure the tracking of imports, from purchase order up to receiving.
- Verify invoices for customs declaration.
- Keeping the delivery calendar up to date.
- Keeping the divisions teams informed of their merchandises’ status.

**QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- DEC or AEC in transport and logistic
- Bilingualism French-English
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced level of Excel
- Proven organization skills and multi-tasking.
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset)
