**Position: DevOps Team Lead Engineer**

**What You Will Be Doing**

As a **DevOps Engineer Team Lead**, you will play a crucial role in our Engineering team, working on cutting-edge security and identity products. You will focus on deployment, orchestration, secure communication, and more, using the latest industry technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and improvement **of build and release pipelines**, ensuring their ongoing maintenance
- Spearhead the planning and execution of our **cloud deployment strategy** for optimal resource utilization
- Conduct **code and documentation reviews**, share knowledge, and provide feedback to uphold high standards
- Train, coach, and mentor stakeholders on **Azure DevOps** and **Git version control best practices**
- Advocate for **DevOps best practices** among development and operations teams
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to test and resolve deployment issues for new hardware/software
- Document procedures and proactively communicate with team members to ensure best practices
- Troubleshoot issues and support development teams with **project deployments** to staging and production environments
- Provide **constructive feedback** and technical recommendations in cross-team planning meetings
- Research and evaluate **new technologies** to improve efficiency and effectiveness

**What You Will Bring to the Table**
- ** 2+ Years** of experience as a **DevOps Engineer Team Lead**
- ** 5+ Years** of experience as a **DevOps Engineer**
- ** 3+ Years** of experience working with at least **one major cloud provider** (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Experience in **building CI/CD processes** for complex solutions
- Proficiency in scripting**:PowerShell, Bash, Python**
- Expertise in **containerization** - building, deploying, and managing containers
- Experience developing workflows for **Kubernetes**
- Deploying environments using **Infrastructure as Code (IaaS) with Terraform**
- Strong **communication and collaboration skills** to align development and operations teams
- Excellent **problem-solving and adaptability** to drive continuous improvement
