We are Ironbelly Studios, a Canadian gaming studio expanding worldwide. We are currently looking for a remote Unreal Technical Animator to help us deliver world-class quality games & apps.

We have been in the gaming industry for more than 13 years. We work with the world's greatest teams through ongoing iteration driven by data and feedback and created an amazing virtual place to work, fostering relationships and personal growth.

**Job Description**:
**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and project leads to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation, as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years as an IT recruiter
- 1+ year in the videogame industry
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn recruiting, as well as other sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of gaming industry trends and job requirements
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- English language proficiency.

Additional Information

We are currently looking for a remote IT Recruiter to help us continue growing. The initial contract will be for a couple of months, with the option of extending the contract for the long term based on performance and project requirements.
