**Duties**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and chefs in the kitchen.
- Clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals, ensuring a clean dining environment for incoming patrons.
- Help maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, restrooms, and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items as needed.
- A genuine interest in hospitality and providing excellent customer service is essential.
