Celebrated for our Italian-inspired halal cuisine, Kara Mia has become a popular name in Markham and Oakville, and we’re now expanding across the GTA. As we grow our team, we’re looking for passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our amazing team, lead with excellence, grow together, and deliver an unmatched guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution across both shifts.
- Manage and mentor front-of-house staff including servers and bartenders.
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and service recovery.
- Handle staff scheduling, inventory control, and daily cash reports.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and leadership team to deliver seamless service flow.
- Manage party hall & catering orders.
- Drive operational excellence, cleanliness, and adherence to halal and brand standards.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.

**Qualifications**
- 5-7 years of management experience in upscale or casual-fine dining.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Restaurant hours (12PM-12AM)
