**How your day would be**:

- Place weekly orders for food, appliances, and cookware, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate directly with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, maintain quality standards, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis of procurement activities, presenting insights to the management team.
- Maintain and update children's allergies databases to ensure accurate records are in place.

**What you need to bring**:

- Business or Administration College Diploma
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order placement, communication, and reporting.
- Enjoys repetitive tasks and demonstrates a commitment to maintaining consistency in daily operations.
- Proficient in Gsuite, especially Excel, for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Ability to analyze and present data clearly and accurately to support decision-making processes.
- Capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness in a dynamic setting.
- Positive, professional attitude with a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team
