Uphold all hygiene and sanitary regulations and be clean and presentable at all times (i.e., report to duty punctually wearing a clean and correct uniform and safety shoes in a timely manner).
- Washes dishes, cutlery, pots and pans as required.
- Keeps work area at all times.
- Ensure that all equipment in the kitchen is clean and in good working condition before use and after.
- Ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your co-workers by upholding the safety rules.
- Ensures floors are swept and mopped on a regular basis.
- Ensures garbage receptacles are changed on a regular basis.
- All other duties as assigned by Executive / Sous Chef.

**Professional Qualifications**:

- Some High School
- Previous experience is an asset

**Personal Qualities**:

- Ability to follow direction.
- Ability to work with standard kitchen equipment in efficient and safe manner.
- Ability to work safety in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Proper grooming and hygiene.
- Honest and trustworthy
