**We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator (14 Month Contract)**

About the Opportunity:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role on the Marketing team. This role’s responsibilities include:

- Assist in the design and execution of Pharmasave marketing projects from concept through distribution.
- Coordinate national marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, charity campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with the Pharmasave Regions’ marketing teams and internal departments to implement national marketing initiatives in alignment with the company's brand strategy.
- Manage marketing requirements for Pharmasave's weekly flyer program, including vendor communications, invoices, and inquiries.
- Develop workback schedules for various campaigns and projects.
- Maintain Pharmasave's Brand Standards.

What you should bring:

- A diploma or degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing or project coordination role is beneficial.
- Proficiency with technology including the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva is advantageous.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to learn quickly and have proven experience working in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skills across different organizational levels.
- Experience efficiently coordinating projects from concept to completion with mínimal supervision.

What we offer:
At Pharmasave National, we provide:

- An annual starting salary between $60,000 and $65,000 depending on relevant experience.
- Hybrid work environment with core office days and work from home time
- Lunch & Learns, Social Club, and paid time off.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
