We are seeking an experienced Business Partner Data Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior Data Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information about our Business Partners. You will assist new customers with onboarding to our systems, develop and implement EDI and onboarding connections, and ensure timely and accurate communications and data exchange.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with customer onboarding. Setting new customers up in our systems and ensuring they have the correct access and information to allow them to transact and order our products.
- Business Partner Set up in SAP and sync to our downstream systems.
- Ensure onboarding documentation is complete and login credentials are enabled.
- Provide customers with the information they need to list our products on their websites.
- Manage mailbox enquiries from Sales Reps and customers.
- Work with customers to determine data needs and/or EDI requirements and develop an implementation plan.
- Develop and implement EDI and data connections or portal setups with customers, including testing and troubleshooting. Integration with ERP, EDI and Customer Portals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure EDI data integration with other business systems and processes.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information files and regularly review programs. Customer data maintenance.
- Ensure up-to-date compliance documentation and inform all business units of necessary information.
- Provide customer support for accessing and processing on Moe’s Home Collection websites; monitor and troubleshoot customer issues. Monitor the interface between the Website and ERP and respond to error logs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in EDI and data exchange systems.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Care, Logistics, and Data Management teams on customer setup and communication.
- Lead weekly meeting for Key accounts and new Business Partner onboarding.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree in Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 3 years experience in systems support or customer service.
- Knowledge in data management, EDI and vendor compliance.
- Resilience to change and willingness to learn new processes.
- Strong Ecommerce or retail business acumen.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Organized, methodical and structured, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Accountable to timelines and responsive to customer requests
- Able to work independently and within a larger team with multiple requirements.
- Team player with an upbeat and helpful attitude
- Strong technical skills highly organized and a master at multitasking
- Experience with EDI mapping and translation software a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000
