**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct inside sales activities to generate new business and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Present product demonstrations and conduct virtual meetings with potential clients
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related role
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Inside sales: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Mississauga, ON L5N 6M6 (required)
