- Excel data manipulation is nothing new to you but you’re also open to learning all there is to learn about the group benefits industry so that you can provide competitive rates, knowledgeable support and recommendations for potential new clients.
**To be successful as a Quoting Specialist you will need**:
- Design: Use information from the RTQ (Request to Quote) to generate and deliver timely, accurate and competitive group insurance quotes.
- Analyze: An extensive amount of data is provided with each request to quote. You will discover useful information to provide solutions based on what the client is asking for.
- Build: Help develop and build relationships with Advisors, coworkers and our carriers.
- Impact: As one of the first contacts for potential new clients, you will be a first impression brand ambassador for Benefits by Design.
- Grow: One of our core values at BBD is Growth. You will help our sales team to deliver quotes and have a great impact on growing our Core business.

This full time role requires mínimal lifting and working from a seated position for periods of time. The base salary range for this position is $45 000 - $50,000 per annum. Details of the total compensation package will be shared during the interview process.
