**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
This position is responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the Sleep team along with assisting and managing clients. The position involves the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures in conjunction with the Area Manager. Maintain a “customer focused” and professional approach to our services. Maintain professionalism and relationships with our referral sources and the team.
- **Ensure staffing needs are met including adhering to the highest level of standards as outlined by Air Liquide's policies and procedure.**
- **Ensure Air Liquide's standards of safety and customer service are met with each client transaction, both internally and externally.**
- **Support the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures in conjunction with the standards and guidelines as outlined by DAP.**
- **Utilize opportunities to market our clinical sleep services both internally and externally by highlighting our “culture of excellence”.**
- **Ensure timely access to services are being provided to patients.**
- **Ensure clinical Staff is being provided opportunities to learn and grow professionally in order to continue providing the best level of care and service available.**
- **Support in identifying and rewarding exceptional levels of service or behavior by staff.**
- **Support regular communications between branch offices and head office.**
- **Support in statistical reporting to Accounting and Governing Boards as required.**
- **Support annual employee performance reviews as required by Human Resources.**
- **Ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained.**
- **Develop and maintain a “customer focus” and professional approach to the services we provide.**
- **Meet on a regular basis with staff to ensure regular communication.**
- **Monitor bookings and work closely with Area Manager, and the CCC to achieve optimum bookings for APLs, SOTs, and EOTs.**
- **Track EOT/Sales conversion for each clinician and communicate to each on an individual monthly basis.**
- **Provide support and training as required.**
- **Increase capacity by utilizing time efficiently.**
- **Other duties as required.**

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- **3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting**
- **Knowledge of various Respiratory devices and equipment including but not limited to CPAP, BiPAP devices.**
- **Ability to work under pressure & multitask**
- **Leadership ability and clinical instruction skills.**
- **Ability to use initiative, take responsibility and organize in a team environment.**
- **Ability to mentor and coach staff.**
- **Must demonstrate superb written and verbal communication skills.**
- **Must have a valid provincial Driver’s License.**
- **Successful completion of CPSGT certification an asset.**
- **Current Basic Rescuer CPR and First Aid Training.**
- **Adhere to and promote Air Liquide's mission, vision and values.**
