**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This position requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform various caregiving tasks in a respectful and professional manner.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation.
- Assist with personal care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
- Collaborate with nursing home staff or healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing home care or hospice care is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medication administration protocols and senior care best practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while assisting clients with mobility needs.
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality care.
