We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to join our dynamic team at Nova Vacation Homes(Toronto Office). As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing new and improved business processes to help us achieve our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new and improved business processes to support the company's goals
- Communicate process changes to relevant stakeholders and ensure they understand and comply with the new processes
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes, and make recommendations for further improvements
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure process integration and alignment with overall company strategy
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business process management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business process management, improvement, or reengineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio or BPMN
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile
