**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase content visibility and engagement.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to foster community interaction.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform insights; prepare reports to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall branding and promotional goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and e-commerce strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Assist with Facebook advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
- Creations of Logos, flyers and marketing materials.
- Create engaging multimedia content including images, videos, and photography that align with branding guidelines and campaign goals.
- Conduct social listening to monitor online conversations, gather insights on audience preferences, and identify opportunities for engagement or improvement.
- Implement social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost visibility and attract new supporters or volunteers.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while proofreading content for accuracy, clarity, and tone.
- Foster relationships with followers, partners, and stakeholders through proactive relationship management to enhance community engagement.

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
- Familiarity with **social media platforms and content creation**:

- Basic understanding of digital tools and IT platforms
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English
- Passion for education, creativity, or community-driven initiatives
- Students, recent graduates, career switchers, or creatives building a portfolio are welcome
- Ability to create compelling content including photography and basic video editing tailored for various platforms.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality messaging aligned with branding standards.
