As a Senior Graphic Designer in our multicultural Design Cell, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling and culturally relevant designs for English, Arabic, and South-Asian audiences. Your formal education in design, particularly a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, will be instrumental in shaping and executing creative concepts that resonate with diverse cultures.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- A formal education in design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a multicultural or international setting. Agency experience preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools. Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design for English, Arabic, and South-Asian audiences, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and understanding.
- design with Middle Eastern fonts. especially a good command on Right-to-Left Text formatting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate cultural nuances and adapt design approaches accordingly.

Job Requirements

- This is a 100% office-based role, requiring your presence at the designated workplace during working hours.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are still crucial for success.

Typical Activities

As a Senior Graphic Designer, your typical activities will include:

- Utilize your design expertise to develop innovative and impactful visual solutions for various projects targeting multicultural audiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target demographics.
- Conduct in-depth research and gain cultural insights to ensure your designs effectively communicate and connect with English, Arabic, and South-Asian audiences.
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other design elements while adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to integrate design elements seamlessly with written content and overall messaging.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high-quality standard.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry advancements, and cultural nuances to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to the team's growth.
