**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable **Tractor Operator** to join our snow removal team. This role involves operating Kubota tractors and snow removal equipment to clear residential driveways, walkways, and parking areas during snowstorms and winter weather events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate a tractor with inverted snow blower to clear snow from residential properties.
- Safely navigate through driveways, and other tight spaces.
- Ensure high-quality snow removal by adjusting equipment settings to match varying snow conditions.
- Perform pre
- and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to service requests and changes in weather conditions.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, both for yourself and for customers’ properties.
- Assist with other snow removal tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of basic tractor maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in cold, snowy, and sometimes hazardous conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to shop.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and during snowstorms.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
