Rhéo Thompson Candies Ltd., located in Stratford, Ontario, is a family owned and operated candy company. We are committed to continuing the tradition of candy excellence by making chocolate and confections the Rhéo Thompson way since 1969.

We currently have a full-time opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a **Production Associate**. In this position, you will be part of our busy production team dedicated to making handcrafted candy using flawless recipes, quality tools and perfected candy making techniques.

**As a Production Associate, you will**:

- Contribute to the production of a variety of chocolates and confections
- Follow good manufacturing practices and operating procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Pick and package products by hand as per specifications
- Identify and remove damaged products
- Setup and dismantle packaging equipment
- Ensure accuracy in individual labelling and product codes, case codes and associated documentation
- Other duties as assigned
