Northern Trailer & Truck is looking to hire a Full Time Shop Supervisor.
Responsible for hands on diagnostics, repairs and supervising shop maintenance staff.

Prefer a minimum of 5-10 years in the Heavy Truck, Trailer and equipment industry
Supervise all day to day repairs completed by technicians and ensure quality standards.
Drivers license required. Class 1 or Class 3 license is an asset for test driving units.
Current CVIP License
Schedule all shop personnel and plan daily tasks
Estimating repairs for approval
Quality Control of all repairs being completed
Communicating with customers
Following safety procedures

**NORTHERN TRAILER & TRUCK IS WILLING TO PAY TOP WAGES TO THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILL LEVEL. BENEFIT PACKAGE AVAILABLE.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
