*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety standards.

*Responsibilities*
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared with attention to quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning, prepping ingredients, and maintaining equipment.

*Experience*
- Previous experience in food preparation or as a cook in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and meal preparation methods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
