**Position Overview**:
**Your roles & responsibilities; but not limited to**:
**Research & Development**:
- Conduct in-depth research on immigration programs in Canada, Dubai, and other key markets.
- Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws, policies, and global trends.
- Identify and analyze new opportunities for immigration programs that benefit our clients.
**Program Creation**:
- Develop and implement tailored immigration programs for clients seeking start-up visas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design programs that meet client needs and comply with legal requirements.
- Create informative materials and resources to support clients throughout the immigration process.
**Client Consultation**:
- Provide expert guidance to clients on immigration options and program eligibility.
- Offer continuous support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
**Sales & Business Development**:
- Utilize immigration sales experience to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Develop strategic partnerships and networks to expand the company's reach.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting Immigrate.ai's services effectively.
**Compliance & Reporting**:
- Ensure all programs adhere to international and local immigration laws and regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on program performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Implement best practices to maintain high standards of service delivery.
**Your Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Law, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in immigration program management or consultancy.
- Proven experience in researching and developing immigration programs.
- In-depth knowledge of start-up visa programs, particularly in Canada and Dubai.
- Immigration sales experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in any foreign language, could be an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
