**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Support other kitchen staff in various tasks as needed to contribute to a positive work environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen operations is a plus.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the culinary team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$17.55 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week
